I recommend this one. You can buy them separately and hook them together if you plan to expand ever. Very good coverage. $15 off too. One will do if you keep them short.

What size is your grow area that dictates the light you use most use led or hps also depending how cold the country you stay in is it might dictate what you should use where i stays cold so its hps and led or just hps here cos you would need to heat in lights off if you used just led alone where as if you stay in a decent location for it just led might be better for your situation

Everything stated by the vets above is good info. I will also add a little basic info tho. Back in the days of HID lighting. Most would run Mh for it's high K light spectrum in veg. Switch to hPS for flower for the yellow harvest sun light.
The 3500 ish k lights tend to make the plants stretch and be floppy, you want to use 5500 ish color for veg if you don't have a full spectrum led

if you are poor aliexpress has some knockoffs they work almost as good as the originals

Literally a couple of cfls or household LEDs would benefit until your light comes.

if you decide on cfls keep them a few cm away they need to be reallly close
