I'm about to hit week 6 and I was wondering if there's is any tricks to get more resin and heavier buds? Lowering temps/humidity? I also have some purple strains going so maybe I should lower the temps the last week of flower to bring out the colors? I'm running at 78f 55%rh lights on 75f 40%rh lights off(I run dehuey during lights off due to heat issues during lights on.

dude, if there were techniques that increased resin and made heavier buds, they wouldnt be called tricks, instead it would just be the way we do it. you can increase the amount of vegetable matter with some additives, but you wont get more resin, just more leaf. and it could cause issue.all you could have done to achieve your goals were the techniques you used to this point, found in every grow bible http://catnews.org/FREE Pot Books/

relax, enjoy repeat

Isn't indoor all about complete control. What I'm asking is what is the best things you can control to get better weed. Obviously I know nutes have a part in it. But for example someone told me lowering the humidity down to the 20-30% range in the last 2 weeks would cause the buds to spit out some more resin/stickiness as self defense to protect the buds from the dry air.

keep humidity below 50 % to prevent mold. use a dehumidifier. keep temps to 75, night time can be cooler but watch rh.
keep your co2 going, (the plant will grow to its weakest resource, which one you skipping?) your grow style, your room, your habits, your feeding schedule, types of nutrients, light quality, water quality, air quality...those come to mind when making grade a buds, but they need all of that all their life, not in the last half of flowering stage. if your buds arent already sticky you missed some of these resources, or your genetics might play too. mine stick to my garden clothes as I walk by a month into flower. best to check out a grow book follow those instructions, they are really good in my experience. no tricks. the plant already knows just what to do, you have to provide the environment for her to do it.
