New growth is fine. Mid to lower leave tips pointing down, and lower branches seem lazy and are falling onto other leaves as you can probably see in the picture.

Just entered flowering stage under a week ago
I am using a 250W Hps lamp 5 feet from floor.
(Which may seem high but my temps get up there in mid 80s)
For nutes i am using botonicare bloom and superthrive.
Temperature usually rests around high 70s.
I have a fan blowing in and a fan blowing out.

Anyways usually leaves pointing tips down is a soil problem.
Sometimes overfertilization but i have been keeping tabs on that
and have not over done it. It could be my soil medium as a whole
but is too late to transplant.

I cant seem to get it right, if anyone has any suggestions that would be awesome.. just trying to get things right now before they affect my yield.

Thanks,

I would leach the soil...then lower the light a bit..they look like they are stretching..other then that they look good

looks like classic n overdose. dark geen almost purply colored leaves and tips curling down. flush em with about twice as much water as you have soil. your also due to leetch the soil w/ bushmaster. (this will break down the salt buildup in the root system). agree as well your stretching your plants.hang the light about a foot over top growth

There are a few things too look at one is your soil. Does it have good drainage. In other words when you pour a bunch of water into it does it drain out right away. If it doesnt you should consider carefully pulling the plants out and adding some aggregate to the soil to loosen it up. tight soil binds up roots and prevents healthy growth.

Also did you go from vegetative nutrients to blooming nutrients without flushing out the plants with a mild nutrient solution first. If you already leached the soil good if not dont worry about overwatering you wont if you have good drainage.

you should never leach the soil with straight water use a mild form of the nutrients that your using to fertilize. this method will get rid of toxic salt buildup much better than straight water

I would say the first comment was right it is probably a nitrogen overdose when you begin to flower the plant uses more phosphorous and less nitrogen and if you didnt leach the soil you probably had too much

if you have good ventilation around the palnts you should be able to put a 250 watt light a foot away without burning the plants your plants should get 10000 lumens of light. a 250 watt bulb produces 25000 lumens. 5 feet away it probably only produces less than 1000 that is way lower than the optimum of 10000 you need your bulb will give off 10000 lumens from about 10 inches away from the top of the plant so thats what your shooting for. set up your ventilation so that this is possible and make sure to rotate your plants in and out of the hot spot. the hot spot is found by looking which way your plants leaves are stretching toward the light

I would make my own post but this looks identical to my situation. Today is the end of the first week of flowering and about midway up the plant the 1/2 " tip curls straight the fuck down.. Kinda funky how exact it is... I think mine may be a drainage problem( The only problem I really haven't done anything about) I have been meaning to put into different soil but this late I am scared to do so.

As dark as those leaves are, I'd say it's 95%+ likely it's a N overfert. They're not getting burned yet, but are really close, so if you don't want to leech the soil, just giove them staright water for a week, then go back to fert(maybe mixed a tad weaker) Also, yeah, bring that light down because those things are stretching quite a bit. Somewhere around 16" should work great.

Also, leeching/flushing won't cause an overwatering problem unless you keep watering them and don't let them dry out. Keeping them soaked for long periods of time, is what kills them.
