If you count your calories and work out.and you dont feel like shit and tired at the end of the week you are eating too much you are not hitting a deficit

Start a vegan diet or no dressing diet.green beans and chicken 200cal.
Before I became injured and sick I was going to the Gym 4 hours a day 1 hour of it swimming.

I'm finding it difficult to swim with just one Arm and some Weights I can't do.

I can no longer drive so I'm looking for a ride like today my ride has too much to do so no ride but I will work around here.

How I've done it. From fatty to abs after 40 basically.

Training: Simple as possible. Compound movements. Focus on the large muscles on the body. Screw biceps curls for example. Go for chin ups! No small stuff, only stuff that counts.

Forget bodybuilding. Avoid isolating exercises. You will only fatigue yourself. Save it for stuff that counts.

Diet: Limit yourself to a number of good clean foods. Fruit. Tuna. Meat. Eggs. Milk. Eat 60-70 grams of protein each meal and eat 4 times a day. No snacks. Remove visible carbohydrates like bread, rice and potatoes. Drink lots of water, coffee and tea.

Sleep and recover. Train maybe every other day.
