Before I became injured and sick I was going to the Gym 4 hours a day 1 hour of it swimming.If you count your calories and work out.and you dont feel like shit and tired at the end of the week you are eating too much you are not hitting a deficit
Start a vegan diet or no dressing diet.green beans and chicken 200cal.
I'm finding it difficult to swim with just one Arm and some Weights I can't do.
I can no longer drive so I'm looking for a ride like today my ride has too much to do so no ride but I will work around here.
