tips on foliar feeding

ok cool....
sorry, whats RO water??
Reverse osmosis water, it's just fancy talk for that purified gallon of water you buy at the grocery store. You can also buy a filter for your house for like 200 bucks.

But I'm pretty sure you can start spraying early. I spray water on my cutting and seedlings. Someone said once not to spray during the rooting of a cutting, to wait for it to form roots, but eh, ill at least spray water on my cuttings... But I use DWC to clone, so I'm pretty care free when it comes to rooting clones. Don't even use hormones anymore, just water and air.

To directly answer, after the third set of true leaves. Thats the rule for topping, never top before the third node has grown, otherwise its too early. I'll just apply that here. Since 2 weeks could be too early depending on how slowly growth is going, i feel better with saying after the third set of true leaves have grown. That should be mature enough for a healthy foliar feed.

I agree to spray on cuttings. Well I have not done it, ha, but I went to my grow store the other day and got a good lesson and the gear I need for cloning. The shop owner said to foliar feed the clones. I'd say foliar feed up until 1st week of flowering.

As for preventing bugs I plan on making a foliar from my dr. bronner's peppermint hemp soap - i buy this is safeway (aka vons) and king soopers (kroger).

im using AN's nirvana im on week 5 of flower ive been using it for a week now everythings fine but i do plan on stopping next week

once a month? i foilar feed a couple times a week. through veg. i do it at "dusk" which is when i hear their glands are open and can take in the water/food quickly. my clones like it. my vegging plants like it. just don't do it to budding plants.
