tips on watering seedling and/or seeds

if ur growing space is really small and ur going to horozonity grow a plant when is the best time to tie down ur plant?

give them root 66 3 and a half teaspoons per gallon, i got 39 seedlings going right now there between 3 days sprouted to 10 days, half my roots are growing out the holes in the bottom of my small cups, i let them almost completely dry out b4 i feed again you can tell by there weight and the soilless soil gets crunchy when it dry then i soak it till it runs threw completly

if u plant ur seed on top of the soil with only the root in the soil if u have a cfl 2-4 inches way from the seed will it dry out? whats the best why to keep it from drying out a plastic bag or plastic wrap over it to keep it moist?

No it wont dry out, although you should spray it often to keep it moist. With the wrap or plastic bag...its a personal choice. I just use wrap...leave it on top of the cup with little space left for fresh air...doesnt really matter what you use as long as they are toasty...so any plastic will do.
