Looks like over fertilisation.

Too many salts in the medium will slow the passage of K and i believe that is a K deficiency brought about by a too saline medium. Try giving a plain water (correct pH) feed and see if the symptoms ease off. if not then it's probably justa K deficiency from not feeding enough...

What nutes/dirt you using?
Too many nutes will cause a lockout,
So knowing what dirt and what nutes
have been fed to the plant would be
helpful in find out whats wrong!

I used Happy frog soil and have been feeding with Fox Farm Grow Big 2 tsp/gal everyother feeding. I will try straight water with correct ph and see if it clears up.

Mg deficiency and over feeding/too much n. that thing is way dark so back off the n for sure. They don't look burned though. Epsom should help. You can also foliar feed Epsom to get it a fast shot while you get your feeding straightened out.
