I hate to burst your bubble on this, I really do, the fact is every person I've had to have this conversation with has been female. You don't get it. I've been with women who've scoffed at what I said and then watched as every single guy friend they had destroyed the relationship by saying they wanted to make it physical. Its human nature. Guys don't need female friends, we have male friends for all that, and I've never met a straight man alive that would rather hang out with women. It sucks, but it is what it is.
