Me myself didnt get busted but I was living with a buddy and we were all just sitting around and the vice unit knocked down the door not even lookin for a grow op but for these guys who just kidnapped and robbed some guys they got the wrong house it was on the next block down but just as they went walking out the door the one guy stoped and started goin off about a crawl space saying we gotta have one they all came back in and opened what they thought was a closet to find the stairs for the basement and after taking it all they said it doesnt look like anyone has to be charged here tonight lol crazy night a week from harvest but at least they did a sloppy job and left us all the weed under the table and the garbage bag full of small buds and leaves so we could at least have something then a week later my buddy was at it again lol

Yes, we felons are here..... just laying low. We are still growing and making a living from it too. The basics of my situation was an 865 plant bust- the largest hydroponic operation my state had ever seen (it happened almost 20 years ago). I was facing 20+ years plus, and they were threatening family members too. Well, $75K later, I ended up with 1/2 year- I did 60 days and 3 years probation. Plus 300 hrs. of community service painting fire hydrants.

Paint color depended on the type of hydrant- there were different kinds but one was painted yellow and the other red (or was it blue?). It amazing what can be done when you make a large cash payment to the asst. prosecutor!!!! It was also in a school zone (which carries a min. of 3 yrs. manditory) which I also escaped from.
Don't get busted w/o having some cash for a good lawyer!!!

12 years ago I was growing in a house and I had 2 roomates...........I know I know stupid but I was loco then. My one roomate was an a-hole and he picked at my plants and did a bunch of other shit so I beat his ass and he moved out. Knowing what he would do I moved everything to a new location and the next day he called the cops but he was too late. That was a close one though. The funny thing was the cops didn't even search the house after I filled them in on what an a-hole he was.lol They actuall would have arrested him for breaking and entering cause he came in the house without permission and took some stuff of mine. He had to return it or go to jail.lol

Damn SSHZ thats alot of plants.....OUCH you must have had a good law dog to get you out of that one. How did they find out what you had going on did someone tell the cops or what?

It was a large operation and I had various friends helping in different aspects of the grow. One of those people owed a bookie money so he had the bookie break in a week after a harvest and steal everything dried in exchange for the $$$$ he owed. The cops were called when someone else saw the door was smashed. The law dog was an old-type mob lawyer that had the connectios to get the job done!

Well my younger brother was considered the "Biggest" dope Dealer in the state about 12 years ago. They had a BIG statewide bust of all the major players and My brother was looking at serious state pen time. He got a good lawyer and ended up serving 30 days in county for a class A misdemeanor while his friends rotted in the pen on felonies for a while. Lawyer cost almost 80K which was a lot more money back then. He is still doing it, but not on the grand scale he once used to.
