My guy!! Respect!!
I have the same bed/brand just a 4x8. Running veganic No-Till with companion crop. I love my blumat blusoak on pump system. Tied it into my 350gpd RoDi so everything is On Demand. I do multi strain and haven't had any problems. Took me a little bit to get things dialed in but well worth it in the end.

Nice, hell yeah!
I’m running some homemade organic no-till soil in the fabric bed and was watering using the Blumat soaker lines, but I was using gravity feed from a rez in case one of the Blumats ever ran away (I’ve had it happen a few times in a basement… no fun). I couldn’t get the even water distribution or depth I was looking for so I rigged up some irrigation misters on a pump and timer. I like a little change in soil/water pressure to encourage deeper rooting personally. I kept using the Blumat soil moisture meters which have been awesome helping dial in the schedule. There are 5 different strains and 16 different plants from seed in the first 2 pics I posted and for the most part they were all pretty happy. Still some dialing to do yet, but we’re on our way

Lol unfortunately i think everyone has had their fair share of run-aways. Thankfully I was close to the floor drain when mine did. Ultimately tho, there's was some good that came of it for me, as I wasn't willing to let the pump go. See, I run a homemade coco dominant medium, so the natural drainage aspect of coco is what led to my run aways. I added more compost and leaf mold to increase my water retention and I haven't had a run away since.

The misters on pump was a good idea! I've also noticed how that can help drive the roots deeper and they'll spread out on the bottom too, not just mid to top. I use 9" maxi sensors for the blusoak drip lines and 1 emitter for each, about 4" away. The idea is that the emitter will satisfy the maxi long before the soaker lines can, and this gives me a little room for tweeking and fine tuning. I tend to run more frequent irrigations this way and the plants seem to be loving it.

I'm currently looking into the blumat drip rings, my plan is to incorporate them at each planting site. Run a litter drier with the 9"maxi + lines and then use a 5" carrot + ring, which would create a multi pressure based on individual plant needs. So in theory the drier bulk soil will encourage root branching and drive deeper, and the rings will supply individual plants deeper systems. They should take it up right away, and right at the main taproot too, leaving all the branched roots to supply the bulk of nutrient assimilation.
