To flower or not to flower 1 of 3 mothers, how should I maximize space

Main question: should I flower 1A (a mother) with shorter plants that are about 4 weeks into flower in a SOG with an uneven canopy (i guess i could rig cardboard boxes to raise the smaller plants) to go ahead and get the most out of those 16 weeks veg and use 2 other mothers to continue to pump in clones every ~2 weeks? Or should I clone from all 3 moms and fill up the flower tent with a painful amount of red solo cups (or more preferably 4x4x4" sq pots?) I was wanting to veg the clones in solo cups for a few more weeks to get some nodes. What do you guys think would yield the most bud?

Extra Background info: Yo rollers so I'm trying to maximize my outputs over the next 3 forseeable months until swim has to pack up and move. I have 3 giant mommas overgrowing into the lights and want to make as much use as possible with em. I call them 1A 2B and 3C,with 3C being the giant queen. I need to lolipop n clean up their lower thirds and am probably not taking enough off em. Its just difficult to when you want to clone those lower shoots with too many to clone. I have been putting 1A in the flower room the past 3 days for about 4 hours then putting her back in veg to get a different spectrum in anticipation to flower her today (possibly, trying to decide) 1A was the best smelling veg kinda sweet and hardy with a strong thick cable stems but is kinda stumpy and slow growing, good for a mother but in flower the clone didnt stretch for shit, but 3C the giant's 1st clone stretched 3-4 times its height within the first 10 days flowering it was INSANE to watch it move before my eyes . mind blowing genetics str8 from cali. 3C ends up having a dank skunkier flavor I prefer and will probably yield wayy more , id be scared to flower the 3C mom it'd end up being 10 feet tall lol but even if I flower 1A I still have a few clones rooted to make another mom if i wanted to but 3C is right on the money for just about eating anything and growing like a frosty skunk sequoia

1A is in the flower room, 2B is on the left and 3C is on the right with clones tween in veg

Here's a side by side comparison of the first clones of 3C and 1A at week 5, I accidently snapped the top nug on the little 1A but I managed to lean it against the other plant to protect it while it restrengthens, I'll see that she makes it through

I tried using a rubbermaid I found which works decently, I think Im going to flower that momma tomorrow with this configuration a couple of those are 3 weeks from harvest and by that time Im going to put the 2nd mom in besides the other on one half while I fill up the rubber maid half with 8 good sized clones. in ~10 weeks I hope to harvest 2 of the 3 moms while continuing clones on the other half. followed by cloning the entire tent full an even sog, I hate the idea of having that rubbermaid in their for 10 weeks though uhg
