To Flower or Not To Flower?

If that's 7 weeks I'd give it another 6 more weeks before switching it. My plants are just past 7 weeks and they almost 4 feet tall.

Greetings, friend

Mind telling us a little bit about your setup? Looks like you are in soil? I'm guessing a 3 gallon bucket?

Is the plant in a tent? What kind of lighting are you using?

It looks fairly healthy, but rather small for 7 weeks. Has it had anything to eat?

if its 7 weeks from seed then it looks fine to me, especially if your in soil. But even in coco (which I suspect your in) that's still OK growth when you take into account the mainlineing

Flowering time frame depends on the height you have. If it was me id wait an extra 3 to 4 weeks but everybodys set ups and grow styles and needs are different.

Mainlineing on ya first grow takes some balls, nicely done.

I'm growing in soil in a 3 gallon bucket in a spare room I have available. I topped it about 2 weeks ago, and transplanted about a week ago. Currently do some low stress training to achieve bud sites that are at the same height. When I transplanted, I went into FFOF and plan to feed fish emulsion tomorrow. 250 watt HPS

I'm in FFOF soil currently, since the transplant I did 1 week ago. I am not trying to produce trees, but rather just a short bushy plant. Currently doing some low stress training to achieve bud sites that are at the same height. I am switching to 12/12 tomorrow, because my understanding is that the plant should double in height after the switch.

Some don't stretch to much and some go nuts. Double in size is a nice avg.
The size light your using wont penetrate to well or cover a large area so keeping them smaller and bushier is probably a good tactic.
Id be interested in the outcome so please update the thread late in flower.

I mainlined a ew times, and if you want a decent yield I'd veg a little longer

I gave up on mainlining as I found it wasn' worth it with anything g less than a 3 month veg minimum

I like a bit more variety and speedier harvest, so I have since switched up my grow style

Thanks for all the advice and suggestions fellas. Here's another pic of my 9lb. Blackberry plant. Just took these pictures today. Last night I switched my light schedule before I had a chance to read the lastest posts. I'm going right back to 18/6 tonight for another couple weeks. Shouldn't bother it from switching for a single night??? Right?

Hey nine pound Blackberry! I remember that thread! Shes looking good..! I agree with the above posters, veg it a little longer for bigger yield and best results ?
-good luck

*Edit: just saw that you are switching back after a single night?! shit I've never done that I've had a few timer fuck-ups and a couple of power outages but I don't know about switching back after a single night ? (to be honest I've never even thought about it but I don't think it would be so great for the plant) Curious to see how it goes, following along!
