To harvest or not to harvest

First time grower.
Could you guys help me out do these buds look ready to harvest or should I give them a few days still?( how many days more)

They look like they still have a few weeks to go, there are a lot of white pistils and it looks like she still has some bulking to up to do. How long has she been in flower do you have a way to check the trichomes?

I would say at least another 4-5 weeks they still look like really early stages of flower.
