To hot

My grow box is getting way to hot and its killed 1 plant already.

Other bad news is i can NOT cut any holes in my growbox...

is there any way i could cool my box? i have a fan going but that just moves around the hot air..

any comments will help thanks guys!

if you cant make any vents your fucked thats what i think but is IMO... different box or flouro maybe ....no heat
