to late to plant?

Ok, so i planted 6 seeds i got out of a bag of weed for the hell of it. (no previous experience in growing). i live in new york and im guessing its to late to begin growing outside? am i right or do i still have time? right now the sun stays out for roughly 13.5 hours a day.

After the last frost. Too early and the cold will comsume your plants.
