to much light?

is a 400watt mh ligth to much for a little baby plant that just pop out of soil and is standing for the first time ... Well its been like 3 days from the sprout and i'v had 2 26watt cfl lights on them for a 16/8 time period , i also have a 400watt mh light waitng to be used so can i go ahead and turn it on or is it to much heat/light for the little one?

just to be safe wait till its a little bigger then let the 400W on it

Depends entirely on how far away it is, but in general yea you want to wait a bit longer. Dont be in such a hurry to pay for extra electricity use those cfls while you can

thanks . i cant wait to switch it on the mh, is getting into the winter season the light will provide me with my heat haha. I also have 2 extra cfl lights same type and wattage you guys think i should add them so it would be a total of 4 26wattt cfls on them?

2 x 26W CFL's is more than enough for a single seedling.
