To nute or not to nute?

My plant is 12 days old. Just been using foxfarms ocean forest and water. When do i start adding nutrients?

I start 2-3 weeks after they pop at 1/4 recommended strength. These will start taking nutes in a few days.

Well it popped on the 3rd,and im hoing to use floragrow.

I would wait at least a full two weeks, and then go 1/4 strength.
