I quite often get a get pre-smoke-up excitement urge to crap. Maybe it's my bodies way of making some room for the ensuing munchies.

When I get the urge I satisfy it. If I wait to toke up then it'll be too late, and those urges won't come again for a couple hours.

So poop, then smoke. You'll be happier and have empty bowels. Win win.
