To Separate or Not?

I have never grown yet, I will be doing my first next month. My question is, do I need to keep my female that I will have producing seeds separate from my other plants? I plan on making an isolation chamber to get male pollen and I know I need to keep that plant separate, thus the reason for the question.

yeah as long as you keep the male away from the females you should be good , i have a hermie thats self polinating itself but it smells really good so i dont really mind

If you are pollinating the entire plant, I would keep it away form your other females for about 5 days to give the pollen time to be absorbed. After that I think you will be safe to put it back in the room. Unless you are super sloppy with the pollen application, then yeah don't put it with your other females.

If you are selectively pollinating individual buds or branches you can just put a brown paper lunch bag over the pollinated buds/branches for five days and keep it in your main flower room.

Just remember pollen is super concentrated and you don't need much to do the job.

My opinion is .if I was to pollenate a plant I'd definitely keep her separate from any others full term. I wouldn't take any chances as stated unless you are super careful you could end up pollanating the full crop..it really don't take much

Thank you guys for all the replies! I do appreciate it! I think I will keep my female with the seeds in the isolation chamber, so hopefully I do not pollinate the whole crop :P
