To short?

Wondering if its strange to have plants 8 to 14 days old only 1.5 - 2 in tall with 3 to 4 sets of leaves. 400 watt mh 30in box fan 3.5w 7ft l 9ft h. water 6.2ish soil ? temp 70-80f hum 20-40

I know short is good but these seem like dwarves. 24/7 light 2 ft above total of 7 plants bigest 5 in across 2 in tall 3 gal buckets

They dont look bad to me. Make sure you dont over water. Let that soil dry out well the saturate. I had a few that grew slow, but they came around. They don't look bad or overwatered. I guess time will tell....

well i think you had a case of root bind...an your plants got stunted...wait a couple weeks to see if good new growth starts...peace az

transplant and watered about 1-2 hrs ago from 4 in pots roots kind of spiraled through out whole pot to bottom of dirt.

i think they will grow up now.i've had the same rootbound problem.is your light well vented?if it is, get the light a lil closer to the tops.also looks a lil overwatered (Imo)

each new set of leaves should grow to be bigger than the last set. At least it's compact and not stretching. Just give it time.

My light sits at 15" above my tops. 400watt M/H - HPS . That seems to be perfect for my setup. I didn't know you just transplanted them. They will come around now that you put them in a bigger pot. They probably out grew the other containers and stopped growing. I'm sure you will see a change.

thanks alot if these 8 grow than i will have a 1/1 kill live ratio. ill try to get some better pics up they have started to form 5 point and a ew set since last night.
