A funny thing happened on the way to a trial in Missoula County District Court last week.


Jurors – well, potential jurors – staged a revolt.


They took the law into their own hands, as it were, and made it clear they weren’t about to convict anybody for having a couple of buds of marijuana.

I loved this story. Good on ya to everyone who took that stand. I love the no nonsence stand by the people. Stuff like this is how we will move to legalization. WE THE PEOPLE HOLD THE POWER...

I had disgust for the article writer, who focused on what the guy did previously in his life. If future guilt is determind by all past convictions, and not the case itself. How is this due proccess? Or fair justice?
So i sold in the past now i will always be a dealer if i have over a half oz? BS i say!

All these people that say put'em all in jail, when these people have to go to court they bitch about the proces beeing unfair, police brutality.. Welcome to the system is all i have to say!
