Hello everyone, I'm growing two plants from bagseeds. I found them about two weeks apart and it was good timing because I've been wanting to grow for a long time but never felt safe enough to order seeds.
I have no idea what strain but I'm in the final weeks of flowering and wanted to share my setup and pictures. This is my first grow.
I started with a cardboard box and CFL's for vegatative and most of flowering then went all pro (with the help of my income tax return!) and got some good stuff.
This is a Virtual Sun 2X4X5 (24"X48"X60") grow tent, an Apollo 600w HPS and a 480cfm inline 6" fan increased from a 4" carbon scrubber. Bit of a tight fit but it works great on temperature regulation. I generally drop to about 75° at night and no more than 83° during day cycle.
I highly recommend an adjustable ballast if you're going to put a 600w in such a small tent. Also if you're going for a higher cfm fan (so you can grow into a larger setup later, which is my goal) it's also very important to have a regulator for the fan - unless you want a jet engine noise and so much negative airflow your plants get sucked out! Yeah I admit it - it was overkill and I'm trying to justify it!
