I would have to drive 200 miles to get to a VA hospital. That would be ridiculous, besides I dont need a hand out as I work for a living.

Lets be honest. Where would the USA be without our military might? And where would the Rest of the world be without it? Iran threatens to shut down the straight, we say fuck you and send a few aircraft carriers and battle ships. Libya and Syria start to kill their own people? Fuck you, not on our watch. Iraq invades Kuwait. Not for long. South Korea wants to be democratic and North Korea try's to push their communist views on them and starts to invade. U.S comes to the rescue again.. and lets not forget that whole WWII thing

You can sue for that. The Supreme Court held that they cant deny a passport, a commmunist had to sue so he could leave the country. Well that proves my theory about denying people permission to leave.

i never implied that he doesn't deserve it, i said the conflicts he served in were pointless and he should be thankful, not petulant.

and the PPACA does very little to change WHO is eligible for healthcare, but it does mandate those who can afford to insure themselves do so and don't pass their health care costs onto others.

quite a stretch there, even for you.

If I were you I would lawyer up, many lawyers will take a civil rights case like that on a contingency. You could get damages I think. A free phone consultation would be worth the time. You can't let them play you like that.
