tomoatoe plant is turning all yellowish green and leafs curling

what problem is that?

Depends on where it's happening and in which order.

Betting on nitrogen/mg deficiency if it's starting at the bottom and working upwards.

its starting at the edge of the leafs and going in....

I suspect nitrogen deficiency. Is there browning of the tips or not?

If there's browning, it seems like magnesium is your issue.

if so what could i use for Mg ?? the netus im using have a little bit if mg but psobably not enough without OD on the major stuff so whta could i use for just MG

What is your pH? Do you know?

That will help out greatly. The middle of leaves yellowing out before the outer parts is bad.

There is a nutrient guide, which is pretty much a standard guideline for most any plant.

that plant might be getting too big for ur planter, as for nutes tomatoes are nitrogen sensitive . nitrogen will encourage un productive growth you want to be using high phos nutes example npk 10-50-10 hope this helps

Im not sure about cucumbers ill look it up for ya if your gonna grow garden plants you might want to look into the readers digest complete book of the garden i have the 1965 eddition and its over 800 pages. ill get back to ya on the cucumbers

what are the fruit looking like?... I had a black russian tomato growing outside when it was to hot and it went through a calcium defiency. The fruit was "rotting" from the middle underneath and the foliage looked simialar to that. Its probably not the same problem but it looks like either a defiency of something or excessive amounts of some elements.

theres no fruit yet there only ....shit lol i only document my pot lol but about 3+ weeks and only 6 inches tall+- a couple inches.....hense the nitrogen

cucumbers are going to prefer high nitrogen that 15-10-12 is fine i only give my tomatoes high nitrogen fert one time after transplanted to garden hope this helps .peace!

Out of curiosity does anyone know where I could acquire 36-0-0 nitrates for hydroponics? Most of my nitrogen is urea and ammoniacal so it's useless in hydroponics. The rest is naturally water-soluble.

you could try brewing up some green tea,

grass clippings are very high in nitrogen and comefry too. to brew is a fairly simple affair.

take a clean pillow case and fill with your green clippings, things like grass clipping comfery leaves etc etc. now take a fairly good sized bin/ barrel and fill with water and leave for a good 24hrs.

once water has been sat for its 24hr statis period its time too hang your full pillow case into your water and cover with a lid. each day or so give your mixture a good stir to keep O2 in the mix and help the fermentation processs.

having your bin in a nice sunny area will help heat up your mixture, after a month too three months your brew will have fermented too a very strong and smelly mixture.

time too put on your rubber gloves and jug it out when you want too feed.

you can keep topping up with water and fresh green leaf rubbish and clippings too keep your mixture brewing untill very late summer /early fall.

be warned this stuff stinks and once on skin wont wash off too easy so rubber gloves are a god send.

your mixture is a strong brew so you may want too test it so you get a rough idea of what you have brewed. maybe test your brew on some unwanted plants see what effect it has and give you a base for amount/water feeding.

If I was you I would foliar feed them a high phos thats the key for uptake of alot of nutriants and change the pots get some fox farm soil and if you want to produce a good harvest buy some superthrive the stuff is amazing and try not to water alot the plant will let you know when it needs water grab a handful of soil and squeeze you want it to be like a sponge you dont want it to form to youir hand like mud or fall out like dusty dirt good luck I'm starting my seeds next week
