lol...in the younger days of this neighborhood (former hippy commune near Bellingham), there was a LOT of that at the Solstice Party! Here in the PNW, celebrating the end of the Dark is a perfect reason for a party! This year it's a Thai dinner, huge bon fire, hot cannabutter rum, flying lanterns.

Light is much different in Cali. We get the great summer evenings that last until 10:00 PM, but you guys never have it get dark at 4:00 in the afternoon, which really sucks. Great excuse to light up the night with every candle, fire, and Christmas light we can get our hands on and then PARTY!
