too big to transplant????

in anyones opinion how big can my outdoor crops be before it is too big to transplant? They are about a month and 1/2 to 2 months old and i only transplanted them once to their spot their in now. i need to bring them in to my indoor grow because of security reason and i was just thinking about digging around them with shovel and putting them in containers and back fill with potting soil and put them in with my indoor crops. Here ared pictures of the 2 plants in question. i took this picture on july 12th.

and by the way i am jsut asking about the 2 biggest plants in the images, the other smaller ones are already on their way

i would just do the thing with the shovel
