Too Cold?

Warnings of some frost tonight, in the mid 30's. If my friend covers his 2 girls with plastic will that be ok? Will the plastic touching them mess them up u think? Just about ready.

should be fine, plastic does stick to resin though.

Some will stick up blankets over night (if they're small). Plastic will help from the cold wind but the plants are still gonna be pretty cold.

Plastic touching the plants is not good if you have a danger of a freeze. The plastic will be at the outside temps and damage your plant, I would suggest growing to a nursery or garden shop and get a cloth made for frost and light freezes or to use a light thermoblanket that will not transfer your cold temps to the plants.
