Too crowded?

Well I haven't grown in a while and was off to a rough start but I think I got everything dialed in. I'm now about 3 weeks into flower and I'm wondering if my 3x3 tent might be too crowded? Any input?

I think if you are already 3 weeks into flowering your stretch is probably done. Unless you have one of those Sativas that refuses to stop going up -.-
