Too Dry (humidity) during Flowering?

I have a small grow area for my flowering room (12 cu ft) with a 250W HPS light. I can keep the temp under 90 degrees (usually between 75-80) but it gets really dry. Typical humidity is around 30-40% with foliar feedings about daily. If I stop the spraying, I can get the humidity down to 20-30%. Too dry?

I know you want it dry, especially at the end of the budding time, but is this too dry?

I also made some changes to my veg room, same size room 12 cu ft. It has a 2ft T5 HO florescent (2 bulbs). But I noticed it is alot cooler now. Temp around 71 degrees with 50% humidity. Too cool?

I think 20-30% humidity should be fine although I suppose around 35-40% would be ideal. Your veg. room is also fine - optimal temp. would probably be 77 or 78 & humidity would be about 50-55%. You have no need to worry unless your temps go under 50F or above 90F. Humidity should fine in the range of 25% to 75%.
