Too early to fertilize seedling?

I know im a amateur in this but wouldnt it be smart to also have some cfls close to the bottom leaves, more light the better they say and plus cfls lose a lot of lumens when that distant. Good luck on your Indica (oh and even tho they are skinnier than before there still much wider than indica leaves) I just started recently with my first single plant grow up and am right with you crossing my fingers for a female. Also got mine out of a weedbag and was the only one to germinate.
