too early to flower??

i posted a thread yesterday about topping my plant and i believe i did it right. i was reading more threads (i do this shit for hours sometimes) and i read that if you let your plant veg till about a foot or maybe more than a foot, that there could be a chance it can be 3 feet or more by the end of flowering. now, i dont have that big of a closet maybe 2x2. my strain is lemon skunk and it will be 3 weeks tom in veg. its getting very bushy already and ive heard this strain can get pretty big during flowering..can someone tell me if it would be rediculous to start flowering this plant? im using 5 23 watt cfls btw. thanks

Tell me how tall it is but probably not ridiculous.. My plant im about to harvest near tripled in size throughout flowering

sounds good. im just scared its gonna get too big for my closet because the stalk is already thick as hell. but i guess ill let her (i hope) veg for a couple more weeks. have you ever grew this strain and can you tell me if the buds will really smell or have a hint of lemon to them?

veg 2-3 weeks and then flower. or veg longer, plant gets bigger, bigger yield. time vs space vs yield. it all depends on YOUR situation. good luck!

Lemon Skunk will stretch, but it will stop stretching about 3 weeks into flowering, i think.

well fuck it im just gonna start to flower this sexy lil beast ha ill post pics soon. and let me just say this smells like its gonna be some dank. shes stinkin up the whole closet and anywhere near the closet. had anyone grew this before and what did they think of the bud anyone?

one more thing...my plant is kinda doin the shoulder lean..ha. it prob has a 80 degree angle to it..the plant seems really healthy and the light hits the whole plant evenly. does everything sound ok?

Sounds alright but mine got that gangsta lean crucial about 4 weeks into flowering so I taped 2 bamboo sticks on each side and ran little rope/string across to hold it up, that way I didn't stress the plant at all.

everything sounds good. I'd try to flower soon though, 5 CFL's won't cover a big plant will it?

6 inches tall in veg I doubt it stinks up anything. Might be a little smell but just of plant. Wait till your in flowering, the lemon skunk I think will be pretty darn stinky
