Too early to top?

hello all i am currently working on a white widow x big bud fem plant is about 2 1/2 weeks old and is starting to grow quick. I just topped her a few minutes ago do you think it was too early? I appreciate the feedback

it's not too early, imho. I usually top at the first true node-not the cotyledons and not the first single-bladed leaves, but the first node after that. Some people wait for another one or two nodes, but it won't hurt the plant if you do the first node.

Thanks for the quick response that's what I figured too she is already looking kinda bushy and the nodes are so close together it's hard to count them without looking closely

I just top whenever, streeses ti out but it'll fire massive amounts of roots early on. I tend to see big jumps in growth right after tho. just depends on what you're strain is.

Yeah I like to top them when i see the 4th node. Hard to tell from the pictures but you are more than ready to top. Also it looks like she is ready for a transplant man. Good luck.

joeswanson I figured it was getting time for a transplant I plan on doing it after work today thanks for the luck!
