Too early to transfer to 1 gal?

I would bring the light a little closer, transplant in another week, bury those stems a little too.

Thanks for the advice! Was at 28" from soil moved to 22". Is this a good distance for 1200w led?

its not 1200w i’m sure. anyway they look very small so don’t disturb their roots yet.

A good distance is when the plant responds favorably. Getting leggy like that says they need more. If your light is dimmable, then you can crank it up a bit...if not, move it a little closer. Small increments like you just did is good, just keep an eye on your plants over the next 24hrs.

I transplanted the grow I have going now when they were more or less the same size as yours and the root ball crumbled a little, I wasn't too worried because weed is a tough plant and they recuperated quickly (the mycorrhizae helped I bet).

I would wait a week or maybe a little more If they are well fed, I had to transplant early because my solo cup was running out of nutrients and they were starting to show signs of nitrogen deficiency.

In my opinion they are not ready to transfer yet. I do not believe they have sufficient root structure.

Way too early for transfer. I usually wait until a solid root ball to been established.
