I'm not cutrently using anything to reflect light in my grow box. if i throw some foil up to help reflect some light and keep a little more heat in, would it help? pro's and con's on this? thanks for any help guys

I just used flat white printer paper when I was in pinch. The color white reflects far more light than aluminum foil ever would. Also as mentioned the shit will cook your plants, just like a baked potato on the grill. Except way less fulfilling.

Home Depot sells something called Reflectix. Good stuff, you can look it up. Wal-mart has things like space blankets that work too.

If the choice is simply between some dark walls or foil, I'm surely using foil.

hahahaha yeah that's what I thought when I said baked potato, then I thought of eating a baked nug with sour cream, and threw up a little. Hence the less fulfilling part LMAO.

Still working on it right now brother. I should be yielding some big old nugz off of my first plant in about a week and a half. I haven't been using the 65 watt forever though, I wish I could figure out how to change my title, I think i've seen it done before. Now I use four 40 watts, check out the journal again I just did an update. Oh, and I guesstimate I'll get about 3/4 ounce off of the first one to come down, maybe a full oz off the second.
