This may seem a silly question, but can your girls be too green? Mine seem to be a deep shade, but dont know if its me induced, or the strain....thxinadv

I would say it's ok as long as the leaves aren't curling or deformed. Do the leaves still feel flexible and flutter in the breeze or do they look stiff and just kinda hang there?

Typically, no..

The depth of green-ness is strain-dependent first, and also a reflection of how much nutrient (particularly nitrogen) is in your medium. So 'too green' is only a problem if it means you're teetering on having added too much nitrogen (a 'problem' whose answer is to just water-only for awhile). I'd have to know more about your strain, plant age, medium, nutes etc. to answer more clearly.

well, they are 28 days old, strain is bagseed, no idea, all same strain tho, came out same stuff...took me 5 bags to get 4 seeds. Also using Fox farm ocean forest, and some nutes i picked up for veg, 15-10-8, will be changing over to 15-30-15 for flower.

FFOF is fairly hot out of the bag and if you've been adding nutes on top of that, it might be a little rich in there. But hey, as long as things aren't spotting or curling and they're happy-looking, you're good.

If you're going 12/12 soon, the nitrogen supply will get used up quickly when they stretch. Stick with your 15-10-8 until the height growth levels off.

Good luck...:weed:

Yeah, heck.. they seem to be fine. I've seen some indica-dominant stuff look like that early on.. (in other ppl's grows, not my own). I've grown a few bubblelicious, and they start out super-dark, too; more bluish than almost-purplish like yours. But still really dark..
