Too hot in veg

Ive just put my clones into pots and transferered them to my flowering room, they are about 6 inches tall so have another week or so until i switch to 12/12.

I was just using a flouresent light but i noticed on or two stretching so i turned on a 600 as well for so reason the timer messed up on the fans and i got a peak temp of 101F the plants look fine, will this have a negative effect?

I get paranoid above about 95 canopy temps. 90 is my preferred max. Reason i got an overtemp controller. Dont worry, if it is or was too hot, they'll let you know in short order. The leaves will tell you very easily. Hopefully you just lost a day or two of growth, but prepped them gals for supersoaking in later flower. Best of luck to ya.
