Too much light or Nuts?

Hey guys... I have a couple of plants here into week 3 of flower. I am using a 240 watt LED this time around with t5's for side lighting and cfl's overhead as well as the LED's. I have used nutrients twice since the start of flower but if you look at the photos, you can see my issue. Is it bleaching from the light???? Tested the pH of the soil and it is 7.5-8... high obviously...could it be nut lock out or salts build up?. what should I do here. Recommendations are appreciated. These plants look like shit at the moment and started out good and healthy.

You are overdosing them with fertilizer.

Pretty much can't OD them with light. Actually you can but you got the heavy hand on the spoon when adding fertilizer.

Ok, so I haven't been adding any nutrients.. and I've been attempting to get the pH lowered by adding vinegar to the water... testing and then watering. Should I flush? I thought it was burn from the lights because all this started when I changed to the LED's...
I find it amazing that adding 2.5 ml to 4 litres of water can cause nutrient burn... doesn't seem like a lot, but it seems.. less is best.

Yellowing leaves screams N deficiency. I'm kind of a noob and not sure if vinegar is good for pH adjustments. I've heard of lemon juice....but I would recommend use pH down from general hydro. get that soil down to 6 - 6.5.. Then it will be in range for uptake.

Oh and on a side note too much light with led will only cause a bleaching effect to some tips and possibly flowers.

It's not that close.... in fact i use the T5's for veg and they are closer. I think it's the pH and nutrients are getting locked out.... hence the N deficiency and a vicious circle going here ... I guess I will start with getting the pH right, and going from there.

Vinegar is a weak buffer, or should say has little buffer. Your Ph should be 6.8 (soil??) Their are many PH down products on the market that would serve you better than vinegar. But I think your on the right track by your last post. Good luck :-)

That's nutrient burn friend. Just get things back on track and keep an eye on the new growth to see if your new feeding program is back on track. Those leaves aren't coming back. GL

Not trying to sound like a know it all but just in case you run into it in the future, nitrogen deficient will start at the lower leaves first and work its way up. You were right about the yellowing though. GL

I will defer to Snaps judgement. I'm for sure positive he has looked at way more problem grows than I have and he generally gives great advice on this site and always goes out of his way to help.

Still looks burned to me. I'ts damn hard to sort out a fertilization / pH problem with a picture online, I hate to try, and more often than not I end up sticking my foot in my mouth. But lower growth looks definitely affected to me. Heat stress and fert burn looks pretty identical to me. If it's on lower leaves probably fertilizer, upper leaves could be either.

Oh well It's just all my opinion anyway.

Thanks guys.. I am leaving things be and simply watering when required for now.. with some pH down added to the water. All input was and is appreciated.

Mr I Can Do That For Half
Its nutrient burn. You need to get the ph down in the soil to around 6.8-7 You may need to heavy flush it a few times to get any build up out to unlock the plant fully. test your water in and water out. If the drainage is higher then whats going in you have your answer.

i looks to me like heat and burn from the lights.. but if its nute lock and you lower the ph and get it right the plant will pick up all the nutes in the soil and kill her if you do a flush on her first

Water going in and run off is the same 7 pH. So I guess I can assume it's nutrient burn. But seriously I use very little. I am surprised they are this bad.
