Too much light or too little light?

Hey guys,
So my question today is if my plants are getting too much light or not enough? They are 4 days old and some of them are starting to yellow. I have a Viparspectra par600 with just the whites in and from what I read online each of them have 5w with 36 of them and it’s placed 10 inches from the plants. I planted them in soil may 31st and haven’t watered since then. Temps have been staying between 68-80 degrees and RH at 60%+. Anyone have any suggestions?

Never used that light but I suspect it's too close for those little ones. You have a light meter?

Those 5w diodes are the devil. Way overkill. Move it much further away they don't need the light. Start from far away and move it in when you notice the stretch has stopped, that will give you a good gauge for your future runs. Otherwise put it at 30" on the veg switch until it pops more leaves

Thanks man I’m gonna keep it on white for now and move it to 18-20 inches like renfro suggested. Haven’t gotten my a/c hooked up yet, it would get way to hot with veg lights
