well the sack is long gone, i took the whole branch to avoid any more contamination. The sack had popped so There would really be no use in trying to stop it, it is the contamination of lower branches that is the problem.
Basically my plants were planted on the 31st of jan, i let them veg ( though they were technically seedlings) until the 20th of feb, giving them 20 days. within 7 days of being in 12/12 they had all shown sex.
I started with 10 seeds, i germinated them all in a little experiment, i did 2 in situ, 2 soaked in water and the rest using the paper towel method, This was by far the most effective with a 100% rate.
All together i ended up with 8 plants, though i planted 4 two to a pot against my better judgement (space issues) and was forced to cull them down to 1 a pot because they were fighting for space.
From the 6 remaining i ended up with 1 full-Blown hermie and 5 Females (including the one with the sack, it isnt a full blown hermie, just a freak.).
