Top colas are dryish?

My top colas seem to have dried up quite a bit, they are being watered and are healthy.
The light is 1ft from top, temp is 75F RH is 40%.
Solution to rehydrate buds without contaminating them or anything? I'm worried the top and best colas are ruined (3 top cola) the tops are dryish feel that way to the touch the mid and bottom are moist.
Week 8 in 3 days but Trichomes are still clear
Plant is Afghan Bullrider.

is there any leaf discoloration? also how old are they and is there any pictures? how do your roots look

Roots are white or green not sure.
Weed 8 in flowering in 3 days, 12 weeks all together (1 month veg)
Pictures of Trichomes is all I have, no camera working at the moment (Cell phone one been broken) I took trichomes picture with a microscope.
I removed 2 fan leaves that had blotches almost like nute burn but kinda like what happens if you splash a little clorox on a red shirt.

Everywhere else the plant is fine just top cola feels a little dried out, below are trichome pictures.

What kind of light? If anything, raise the light me thinks

lights are as high as they can go in fact I moved them sideways because I didnt want to risk more burn. They are still 1 ft from teh plant but now at its side being turned every 6 hours of light.

Do those trichomes look burned in anyway?

I would say raise the lights, and if you have a dimmable ballast you should consider turning it down for the end of their cycle. The same thing happened to me towards the end, try everything you can to lower the heat, maybe even raise the humidity a bit if you can. Good luck.
