Top for height control?

Got a cheese x northern lights in a cabinet and it looks like it is reaching it's max height allowed by space.

I know messing with autos can slow them down allowed and that always isn't good given their set life cycle, but what is the least risky way I can control the height? Top, fim, super crop?

LST this little girl. Start with the top cola, pull it to the side and tie it off. Pull it slowly over a few days so it won't break. Yoh can also drop a SCROG NET over it and LST the remainder of the branches. This will make a huge difference for the pool lantern as a whole. Good luck
 
Heh. LST will work in this case. You could also improve your growing area by making the walls white. She'll get more reflected light.

More light= more bud (potentially).
 
never ever top an auto.
bring your lights right near the plant, spread them out too, different heights even, like vertical lighting, bend your plant to one side and tie it down. lights are two far away, you need more, and closer.

She is super bendy, so shouldn't break easy.

Started with a little bend aND will probably ultimately go the slow easy route



But...

I have a scrog net from another cabinet, gave it a quick try too, and she went right under and I don't see a huge break potential....should I leave her like this and even out the canopy ?

The phrase "FAMOUS LAST WORDS" comes to mind. slowly & gently I use fishing line or fine twine and fishing weights, that way she bends slowly and continues as she grows. just remember "less is more" unless your B.O.G and you just toss them around the place, as is his want :shock:
 
Realized the screen wouldn't allow the cabinet doors to close look, so had to go get some supplies to make a new one.

Think it looks pretty good. Especially for as far as she bent, and trust me she could do more. But much better canopy and light penetration, thanks all for the thougets!

Good job on the SCROG net.I had to make mine as well. Don't be afraid to pull the top terminal to the side. Make small adjustments every day if you can until you're happy with it but terminals placement in your screen. Another week or so you won't be able to bend your stems or stocks. They continue to make small adjustments to your grow. It ain't no time soon you won't have a beautiful plant that you have to cut down.

Poontanger , What light are you useing for your auto skunk?? ive just got some sensi seeds sensi skunk automatic (femanized), from what ive seen they have a tall main cola with many side branches that almost reach the height of the main cola, so im reluctant to think of cutting out a main cola if I were to grow them. Have you grown this strain b4 or just going from experiance4 of other auto's? Rudi :weed:

& no sorry havnt grown these b4,
Not to sure tampering with a auto in veg stage is a good idea, DONT give them a set back youll pay , big time , thats y LST is so good, IMO
Its not to late to bend em down (carefully) away from light
any pics, may help, how far along r they
