recently the top leaves on the top bud's are starting to curl up alot, this started 3 days ago when i upp'ed the fertilizer a little bit 1 teaspoon of 20-20-20 grow more fert (only fert i got) and up'ed it to 1.5 teaspoons, the next day i noticed this happening and cut the fert's completely for 3 days hoping it would get better but it has not been, i have also had to move this plant a few times about a 1/4 of a mile walk into the woods to hide it i have it flowering under a 600w hps (600w mh just for the picture) the strain is lowryder easyryder (lowerryder X AK47) its an auto-flowering strain, the soil its in, is just basically a bunch of random organic shit and everything just thrown into a glass jar that holds 1 gallon or less of soil, options the problem could be i think are, its about 4 weeks into flower takes 6 to finish, have not had one single tiny little minor problem at all with this strain whatsoever up until now its pushing 3 feet from the base (in under a gallon of crap soil lmao)

A. virus from moving it outside
B. nute burn
C. rootbound
D. stress from moving it
E. nute deficiency

if anyone thinks they know the problem and/or how to fix it please tell me, also flushing is just out, its a glass jar lol

oh yeah, my light is a decent 2 feet from the top's of the plant, but the plant is directly under it the light is so far up cause i have a bigger plant in the same grow(rocklock) that is doing great with absolutely not a single problem with that at all yet except that its too big lol

my nutes are just some junk that i bought off ebay called 20-20-20 "Grow More All Purpose Orchid Fertilizer" it came in some plastic zip-lock baggie and says use 1-2 teaspoons of fertilizer per gallon of water for regular use(its blue if that helps lol), i did add some Epsom salt (which has magnesium in it) 2 teaspoons in 1 gallon of water+the regular nutes but only watered it this way twice at least 3-4 days before the problems started, and i only put them outside for maybe 2 hours or so before i bring them right back inside plus its autoflower, so i really doubt the lighting has anything to do with it, the leaves have gotten worse since yesterday and i still have no solutions :/

wow, that's a really strong mix. The mix i am using is a foxfarms 2-8-4 with a catalyst of .01-.06-.-03 along with a grow big of 6-4-2. have you flushed the plant or just been nuting it the whole time? Wait a minute, this thing grows in a glass jar? ummm, you need to move it to a larger medium and be able to flush the left over nutes out of the soil it's gonna burn up with that "Blueish junk from ebay fertilizer" IMHO

What you're describing looks and sounds like burn from the lights. If you went from outdoors to indoor, that's a major shock, they need to be slowly adjusted when going from indoor to outdoor or vice versa. Back the lights off even more and let it settle in. Also, what are your temps. Leaves curling up is usually heat stress related.

i am 100% sure heat is not the problem as i have another plant that is at least a foot closer to the light and has been moved outside and inside with this plant and is doing fine, also it stays under 80 degrees F at all times and goes down to about 50 degrees with light off, if i take it out of the glass jar wouldn't that hurt the roots like how would i do it? its like a 6 inch diameter hole to get the roots out of the jar and is it really worth transplanting with only 14 days left of flowering? i have only used plain water on it for about 4 days now and its been getting considerably worse at a steady rate, here's a more recent pic's of her took this about 15 minutes agoDSCF0030.jpg

the only way i could see transplanting from that would be to break the jar... witch would probly just make things worse this far into flowering. i would feed clear water untill problems clear up, or all the way to harvest if it doesnt clear up at all. if the buds start to dry and crumble chop her down. next time start in some thing with drainage holes and it will make things easier. its all a learning experience =]

the plant seems to have stopped getting worse and is just staying the same as it was in the last picture atm which is an improvement, i still cant believe that i nute burned it as bad as it is with only a slight increase in the nute's your very right with this being a learning experience jumbo :)

on a side note, just got rocklock to turn Hermie today, small male pods are coming off her did this purposly through light poisoning and since the rocklock seed was already feminized and it was already a female all the seeds should be 100% female, it will be about a week untill they release any pollen, if i let rocklock which is photo-period pollinate another AK47 X Lowryder i have growing (not the one in the pic's but a smaller younger one with 5 weeks left in flower) will the resulting seeds be photo-period or auto-flowering or a mix of the 2? either way ima have a ton of seeds and a nearly limitless area to plant them in outside in the spring (got over over 5 mile radius in any direction where its nothing but woods in my area) also wondering about how long i should veg them inside before transplanting outside next year :P
