Top quality medical strains?

something i just found out that i want to share with you guys is that the ruderalis plant (aka autoflower strains) is supposed to contain a pretty decent ammount of CBD from what i have found they say ruderalis can contain like 2% cbd or so. This gave me a whole new outlook on autoflowering strains. They are perfect for small closet grows where you don't have much space but you still want to grow a decent medical strain which is exactly what i am doing at the moment under t5 lighting. But surely if you have more space to grow a high quality medical strain would be more efficient.

The huge potential cannabis oil has to heal would put out most doctors and their poison they give.

It sound to me like you don't have a clue what you're talking about. Since when does hemp have cannabinoid levels anywhere near that high? It actually sounds a lot more like the definition of medical marijuana.
