topping at the 3rd node gives u at least 6 tops. and go on from there...i wouldnt stress my plant that early.. i usually top 2 weeks before switching to 12/12 considering i veg for 5-6 weeks... lst-ing after a top will give u more tops... i feel fimming is a waste

LST will give u an extremely larger yeild then just topping

I would personally tie the plant down horizontally( a little bit at a time) the light will force the plant to grow more tops, and this does not stress out your plant nearly as much as topping, at the same time encourages the plant to produce much more flowers.

The plant didnt go thru any stress at all and i mean none it didnt droope or stop growing,i actually had to transplant it cause after topping it getting so damn bushy it will have 4 main colas followed by 4 small ones by 1 topping,Sry for crap pics my other cam was on charge and i just wanted to get an update plant is 2 weeks 6 days old and here is my youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e-vdClMWUts
