Topping/Flowering/Node Question

Hi,


I topped my plants a few weeks back from between the 5th and 6th nodes, down to the 2nd nodes. They have now grow back and all four branches on each plant are at 4 nodes. How long should I wait before flowering? If I flower now, what kind of yield could I expect? I am kind of pushed for time but I'd like to get at least 1 1/2 oz per plant.


1 - LSD (Indica)
1 - Blue Cheese (Indica)
1 - Humboldt (Sativa)
1 - Vantage (Indica)

I'm sorry, I forgot to mention they are currently between 8" and 10" high.

how much time do you have? the sativa should be the one that yields u the most.

What kind of lights are you rockin, nutrients, co2, ??? A chain is only as strong as it's weakest link.

as long as your running a 400 Hps + you wont have a problem if you flower them right now to get 1.5oz + a plant even with wrong nutes/ ph problems no co2 high temps the lot

I don't do anything amazing or special but when my plants are around 3 or 4 weeks of veg and they have 4 or 5 main branches I flower and get around 3 oz off of every plant...They are around 8-12 in high and maybe 6 or 7 in wide...after flowering they are I don't know around 2 feet high, and around 18 in wide or so...it is really up to you when you want to do whatever you want to do...it is all a matter of preference...I as of yet have never finished anything without using some form of topping or LST regardless of type of plant...

i wouldnt top period all your doing is taking away a bud site secret to big buds is tight nodeing and lots of them so what i do is super crop if you would of just pinched the top you would of had pretty much same effect anyways here is a few pics of my girls super cropped 3 week vegged

3 oz a plant from a 8 to 12 " plant sorry i call bull shit theres no way 336 wet grams you can pull off on a 8 to 12 " plant lol funnny

He said he flowered when they got to 8-12" not finished size. Also don't call bull shit when you don't know set up. Could be running co2 and 1k mh and hps for all you know. Don't be quick to judge.

Thank you for the help. I have a 600 watt HPS and I will be using advanced nutrients grow micro bloom with Bud Blood Big Blood and Overdrive. I'd like to be done with everything by the end of June.

I read a lot and hardly and don't post much. So I have been reading that you're suppose to have alternating nodes before flowering and that has had me a little concerned. I don't feel quite as shaky now, after reading all of this but I want to strike a good balance, that's all.

I think you may be right about that. If I had it to do over considering my time constraints I'd do it differently.

cmon lets be realistic here a 24" plant 18" wide is not going to yield you 340 wet grams lol i have grown from 2k to 16,000 watt grows and thats small compared to my next grow 60,000 watt warehouse grow i have grown plants from 4 foot finished height to almost 6 feet finished and 4 - 5 feet wide and pull anywheres from half pound to 1 pound i dont know where people get there 0z from cause it takes a shit load of buds to make a pound also noted you need stalks to hold them buds here is a pic of a stalk that gave me a pound its like 3 -4 " wide needed a saw to chop you think a 24 " plant with a stalk no bigger then 1/2 " is going to hold 340 grams
