Topping issue. advice needed

Hi all,

First time grower alert! hahaha

I'm interested to get some experienced growers views as I haven't seen this online anywhere!
topped a plant and it's regrown the centre chute along with the two new ones?

so long story short, started on first grow with some power plant seeds and have topped a few of the beauties.
When topping one of them my cut wasn't entirely clean, best described as I cut half way through and didn't realised so pulled the head and the second half almost ripped slightly. seemed clean enough.
I'm kind of using these as practise for when I get some good seeds so I wasn't all too bothered so left it.
All others have developed two new growth chutes nicely, but this little one has decided to sprout two chutes but start to regrow the centre, looks pretty cool but SHOULD I CUT IT???

ive not seen this exact example of "mutant" growth... its interesting

I wonder if that plant has crazy vigor and healthy to push thru stress in that way

but I have had plants poke out with an extra cola from the same sight
so just above the fan leaf id have 2 bud sites instead of the normal single cola/bud site
 
Yeah I'm just going to let it do it's thing. can't see why it would be a bad thing to have an extra bud site :)
Strain is power plant. been told it's pretty hardy
 
If you take it the two small leaves at its base will turn into 2 colas, you will have to be the judge if your root mass can handle lots of colas or going with less is better.
 
Wait, is that small one in the middle the main?
If so, take the two largest fan leaves off the two grow tips that would be above it on the separate branches. This will allow it to start catching up by slowing them down.
 
update for anyone still interested haha

it continues to grow but it's throwing out some strange shape leaves they're all deformed! should i allow my 'special' one carry on? 20170828_072336.jpg
 
its not hurting anything, but if its making you worry then cut it off and stop worrying ...lol

if its not growing I might nip it off

nah not worrying me bro. More intrigued by it than anything. seems to be slowing the new growth down a bit I think but I'm interested to see what happens. just posting here to get other opinions data all :)
