Topping Method Needs Reaffirmation

I have a basic question regarding the topping method, which can give you 4 colas by cutting the plant at the 4 node ? or 2 node? with a clean razor. Also, you can then use that cutting as a clone? Is this correct? It seems so easy like everyone would do it because it would add yield.

Let me know if my info is correct or please correct me if I am wrong.

not everyone does it because it doesnt always increase the yield and some strains just dont take well to being Topped.

not all strands grow well under those conditions but all that i have tried were very productive. some have more than 4 tops because i topped and super cropped the same plant. yours should do the same.

Very cool I will look forward to topping maybe 1/3 of my plants this season and compare the results. Of course I will share what happens with everyone here on RIU.
