nah it'll be fine. Sure it won't be 100% symmetrical but it's still gonna good. Doubt you'll be losing much from losing that one branch. I only did 2 branches for the base of my entire manifold and you still have 3 left.

I though to the best of my understanding by defoliation ,you sending energy in the plant elsewhere and focusing or encoring growth in other places wasn’t aware I was slowing its growth.

It does do that but every leaf is also an engine for the plant, so every time you take one it makes her grow slower. Plus she usually needs anywhere from an hour to a day(sometimes more if you take a lot of leaves or if she doesn't have many to begin with) to repair that damage and then go back to actually growing again. You've defoliated more than enough for now. I'd let her be for a couple weeks and defoliate again like a week before you flip to flower. If you're trying to manifold/mainline obviously you wanna follow that for trimming branches and such, but yeah.

Some plants also just grow slower than others regardless of leaves left. Your's looks to be about on the same schedule my Godberry has been on. I vegged her for 2 months in DWC and she only got to be 14" tall in that entire time.

Yeah I felt conflicted about it I had fans leave as big a saucer plates ,hard day in the garden but some serious lessons were learned .
