Auto LSD topped once and tied down with mainline technique except I keep every node site till plant has reached side of pot spread a few main winners off to side till everything came up same height anything that didnt turn up got the chop then Top/Fim one last time to slow mainline growth so everything in middle catches up then I will let it all go for stretch period, so far been 6 weeks on 16th of this month from seed, running 18/6 just starting transition now while under that schedule
so imo if done CORRECTLY at the RIGHT STAGES (keywords) then growth does not slow down for 1 minute. This Strain says rarely exceeds 60cm I have 2 that are going to surpass that, another important factor is nutrients if your planning to push a plant you need to provide adequate nutrients and i find were alot of home growers go wrong don't switch straight to bloom nutes in transition another thing people cling too is hearing you don't want nitrogen in flower well that's a myth you do want nitrogen just on lower scale to your phosphorus and potassium inputs.. generally speaking in early flower you want a ratio of NPK roughly 1:3:2 and only late flower during ripening you want a ratio of 0:2:3, I don't stop my grow nutes till I see pistils at the tops of my new growth so like well into starting flower then I start to move over to flower nutes initially I match my phosphorus to my nitrogen so your not just flipping from high to low nitrogen early in flower it's all about transition..
