not at the home depot in my town... get this they sell the bulbs but not the ballasts... HPS set ups there come in the light boxes and are only 100 watts or less... i don't even want to talk about how i have spent on my intial setup cost. if you got a 600 watt hps for 60 bucks i'm moving to where ever you live.. lol

well actually the hydro store near my house sells a 400 watt sun sytems system complete in the box ballast built in for about 400 dollars.......? when at home depot i can buy a (same as 600 watt) fixture that puts out 21,000 more lumens, and doesnt get so hot, which means i can keep it about 4 inches form the top of my plants and it costs 90 bux with tax, just research ur lights bro its all on the internet
